Project Objective
As a new business, Chelev needed both visibility and credibility in the market. Our goal was to lay a strong foundation on social media by developing a consistent visual language, clear messaging, and professional presence across platforms. We also needed to future-proof the setup for upcoming paid ad campaigns.
Approach
We began with setting up Facebook and Instagram business pages, ensuring proper Meta integration through Business Manager. A Meta Pixel was created and installed on the website (via WordPress) for future remarketing purposes.
Using Canva and Figma, we created a series of branded templates for consistent storytelling, educational content, and customer engagement. We also established a content strategy and content pillars tailored to the brand’s voice: faith-inspired, informative, and nurturing.
We guided the client through the product catalog setup process, preparing the business for seamless selling via social platforms once the eCommerce site goes live.
We coordinated the launch day promotion by creating and advertising a limited-time coupon code on Facebook and Instagram, supported by branded graphics and posts. This campaign was followed by a month-long secondary discount code to maintain engagement after launch.
