Refunds and Return policy

No Physical Returns

Lollie’s Handmade provides digital creative services, including but not limited to logo design, branding, graphic design, and website-related services. Due to the nature of digital services, no physical goods are shipped and no returns are possible.

Once work on a service has started, the service is considered delivered in part or in full and cannot be returned.

Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds for completed or partially completed services, including:

  • Marketing packages
  • Branding packages
  • Graphic design services
  • Website design or digital work
  • Any custom or made-to-order services

This is because all services are custom-created based on information provided by the client.

Exceptions

A refund may only be considered under the following circumstances:

  • The order was placed in error and
  • No work has started yet and
  • We are notified in writing within 24 hours of purchase

If these conditions are met, a partial or full refund may be issued at our discretion.

Revisions & Client Satisfaction

Instead of refunds, we focus on collaboration and revisions:

  • Each service includes a clearly defined number of revisions (as stated on the product/service page)
  • Clients are encouraged to provide clear and complete information during the onboarding questionnaire
  • We will work closely with you to ensure the final result aligns with the approved brief

Incorrect Information Provided by Client

Lollie’s Handmade is not responsible for dissatisfaction caused by:

  • Incomplete or incorrect information supplied by the client
  • Changes in direction after work has commenced
  • Personal preference changes that differ from the approved brief

In these cases, refunds will not be issued.
