Project Objective
Providence Software Solutions’ previous website no longer reflected the company’s growing capabilities or professional identity. The content was sparse, the design outdated, and key functionalities, such as a blog or careers page, were missing. The objective was to completely redevelop the site into a modern, comprehensive platform that could better showcase their expertise, attract talent, and support future growth through SEO and analytics integration.
Approach
We began with a full audit of the existing site to identify gaps in content, design, and user experience. From there, we collaborated with the client to understand their service offerings, brand voice, and long-term goals.
The new site was designed from scratch, emphasizing clean layout, strong visual hierarchy, and intuitive navigation. We rewrote all website copy to clearly explain Providence’s services, values, and technical strengths.
To enhance the site’s functionality and long-term value, we added two major sections:
- A blog to help boost SEO and position Providence as a thought leader.
- A careers page to streamline recruitment and showcase company culture.
Technical SEO was implemented across all pages, and we configured Google Search Console and Google Analytics to provide performance insights from day one.
